RichMorrissey.com is the personal professional website of Rich Morrissey. I have deliberately kept its data collection limited.

What this site collects

RichMorrissey.com does not have user accounts, registration, advertising, a contact form, or marketing-tracking pixels.

The site uses Google Analytics to understand basic website usage, including how visitors reach the site, which pages they view, and general device and geographic information.

Google Analytics may process browser and device information, page views, referral information, site activity, and approximate location information. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish sessions and visitors.

Your analytics choices

Google Analytics loads automatically unless you have opted out or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

If you turn off analytics, RichMorrissey.com will not intentionally load Google Analytics or set Google Analytics cookies on your device.

The site stores your analytics preference on your device so it can remember your choice. Use Turn off analytics or Enable analytics in the footer to change your choice. A previous decline is respected. When Global Privacy Control is enabled, analytics remains off.

How analytics information is used

Analytics information is used only to understand how people find and use RichMorrissey.com and to improve the site.

I do not use website analytics for personalized advertising, automated decision-making, or individual marketing profiles.

I do not sell website visitor data.

Google processes analytics information in accordance with its own terms, privacy practices, and data-processing arrangements.

Email

The site provides email addresses as a way to contact me. The website itself does not collect information through a contact form.

If you choose to email me, I will receive the information you voluntarily include in that message through normal email systems.

Because this site intentionally collects very little information and does not require visitors to identify themselves, I may not be able to associate Google Analytics information with a particular individual.
